Earlier, the rating scale in PMS Reviews was limited to 1–5 or 1–10, with scales applied inconsistently across review categories. Goals and competency categories always defaulted to a fixed 5-point scale, regardless of the overall review configuration leading to mismatches and confusion during the review process.
Let’s have a look at what’s changed.
With the new enhancement, admins can now select from 4-point, 5-point, 7-point, or 10-point rating scales. The chosen scale applies uniformly across all performance categories and the final rating — no more inconsistencies.
Additionally, a new Final Rating Type option is introduced, and a dedicated Settings for Goals Category section allows admins to configure how assessors review the goal category.
