What's new on greytHR

Employees can access and download all important documents in one place using the Document Center in the greytHR mobile app. This makes it simple to view and download official records anytime.

Key highlights:

• View and download official documents and letters, Payslips, and Company Policies.

• Preview documents (PDFs and images) before downloading.

How to view and download documents?

• From the greytHR mobile app, go to Explore > Documents > Document Center.

• Select a category (Documents, Payslips, Overtime Payslips, Company Policies & Forms, or Letters).

• Tap Preview to view the document, or Download to save it to your device.

Note: The Preview option is available only for PDF files and images.
