What's new on greytHR

When a team member forgets to apply for leave or can’t access the greytHR mobile app due to technical issues or an urgent situation. As a manager, you can step in and use the Apply on Behalf option in the greytHR mobile app to quickly submit or cancel leave on their behalf.

This feature is also perfect for supporting workers, like blue-collar employees, who may not have access to smartphones.

With the Apply on Behalf feature, managers can now:

✅ Submit leave requests for team members

✅ Apply restricted holidays (RH) or comp off leave

✅ Cancel leave if needed

This makes managing leave stress-free, even during unexpected situations, and ensures your team’s leave records are always accurate and up to date.
