Bulk Download Employee Documents in greytHR
Earlier, admins had to download employee documents individually, which was time-consuming and inefficient, especially when handling multiple employees or multiple document types.
greytHR now introduces the Bulk Download Employee Documents feature, allowing admins to download documents for one or multiple employees in a single action. This helps streamline document management and saves significant time and effort.
Key highlights
Access various document types such as Documents, Letters and Forms.
Download all selected files as a single ZIP file, making it easy to store and share.
Track download progress, file size, and status directly from the Download Center.
Note: Once your file is ready, it will automatically download to your system for future use. It will also remain accessible in the Download Center for 24 hours before being removed.
