Configure employee leave backup and salary advance setup!
Leave application is the most used feature in all organizations. Employees apply for different types of leave for various reasons. Once an employee is on leave, the organization needs backup for that employee. This helps in maintaining the work cycle and avoiding unnecessary delays in deliverables.
Also, employees might need a salary advance before going on leave. Being the employees’ only monetary resource, your organization might be willing to help your employees financially.
Our latest enhancement on the Leave Rules page enables you to configure the following options for employees while applying for leave:
Stand-in employee: The option enables the employees to appoint a backup for work in their absence.
Custom field: The option allows the employees to request a salary advance.
You can even enable the leave reviewers to override the employee’s choice for backup and the amount requested in advance. Configure the options from your greytHR Admin portal by navigating to the Settings icon > System Settings > Leave > Leave Rules.
