You can now capture comments along with ratings—or even use comments alone—in 360° Feedback evaluations. This gives you more control over the kind of insights you gather from evaluators.

While creating the 360° Feedback cycle, each question can be configured according to the feedback you need—whether it's rating-based, comment-only, or a mix of both.
You can also mark rating and/or comment as mandatory or non-mandatory, depending on what’s required for each question.
How to set the comment option in the 360° Feedback cycle?
- From your greytHR Admin portal, hover over the 9 dots and select Performance Management > 360° Feedback > Create Cycle.
- Fill in the details for each step, such as Cycle Details, Select Employee, Assign Evaluators, Define Rating Scale, and Set Timelines.
- Under the Create Category step, click + Add Category or + Add Blank Category.
- For each question, choose the response type: Rating only, Comment only, or Rating and Comment.
- Set whether each field (rating/comment) is mandatory or optional.
- Click Next to continue.
