You can now delete employees with a Canceled status across key Performance Management modules — 360° Feedback, Goal Plans, and Reviews. This enhancement helps you keep performance cycles clutter-free and ensures that only relevant participants are visible.

What’s improved?

• Admins can remove canceled employees from active or past cycles and plans.

• Control panels now show only employees who are actually participating after deletion.

• Deleted employees can be reconfigured in a new cycle or plan within the same performance period.

What happens after deletion?

• The employee is removed from the cycle or plan completely.

• The item no longer appears in the employee’s ESS, manager’s ESS, or evaluator views.

• Any canceled records are permanently cleared, keeping performance data clean and accurate.
