Admins can now allow employees to view the time spent at work after the first sign-in using the Elapsed Timer feature on the greytHR mobile app. This feature enhances transparency and improves time awareness by giving employees a real-time view of their working hours.
Key highlights:
- Shows the time passed from the first valid IN swipe of the day in HH:MM format.
- Works for all shift types, including split and cross-midnight.
- Shows accurate time, based on swipe records in the system.
How to enable Elapsed Timer for employees’ visibility on the greytHR mobile app?
- From the greytHR Admin portal, go to Settings icon > System Settings > Attendance >Attendance Options
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the option Display elapsed time after sign-in.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
