Prevent proxy attendance with the new DeviceDetect feature in greytHR mobile app.

Sometimes, employees share their login credentials and ask a colleague to mark their attendance. A single employee can then mark multiple employees’ attendance from the office location using the same mobile device. The problem results in inaccurate attendance records and data breaches.

greytHR mobile apps can now detect and prevent a login attempt from a different device than the one mapped with the employee's name in the database. In case of a device change, an employee can login only after prior approval from you as admin.

Features:

• Maps unique device ID with each employee account.
• Prevents ESS login from an unmapped device.
• Employees can raise a request for device change to the admin in case of loss of device or to switch to a new device.
