What's new on greytHR

Incorporating salary recommendations made during Performance Reviews often required admins to manually export data and follow up offline, making the process time-consuming and error-prone.

greytHR now allows admins to initiate the Salary Revision Workflow directly from Reviews. This ensures that salary recommendations made during the review are executed appropriately, reducing manual work and enabling timely action.

How to initiate salary revision workflow automatically from Reviews?

1. From your greytHR Admin portal, hover over the 9 dots and select Performance Management > Reviews > Create Cycle.
2. While configuring a review, go to the Recommendations step.
3. Enable the Auto initiate salary revision workflow after review approval checkbox. The workflow will trigger automatically after the final assessor has approved the assessment.

Note: Admins can also manually initiate the salary revision workflow after the review is completed.
