Leave Encashment Rules Now Support Days and % Options
Previously, employees could encash their entire leave balance without any restrictions. Organizations with stricter policies, such as capping leave encashment to 80%, had to depend on backend interventions or workarounds.
Now, with the new configuration option, admins can directly set leave encashment limits from the UI—either by fixed days or as a percentage of the available balance.
