You can now manage what each user can view or do in greytHR Recruit with new User Roles and Permissions.

You can assign specific access based on each user’s role, such as viewing jobs, managing candidates, or configuring settings.
It helps maintain control over sensitive recruitment data and minimizes the risk of errors or unauthorized changes.
Centralizing permission management also makes it easier to onboard new team members efficiently.
How to configure role-based permissions in greytHR Recruit?
- From the greytHR Admin portal, go to Settings > User Administration > User > User Roles.
- Select the required user role (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Recruit Admin).
- Under the Category dropdown, choose the relevant Recruit category.
- For the required feature, select the checkboxes to assign Read Access and/or Write Access as required.
- Click Save.
Note: Without enabling Recruit permissions, users assigned to that role will not be able to access or perform actions in the Recruit module.
