Now ensure that Company Policies are Read and Acknowledged with our Latest Feature

Company policies play a vital role in setting and establishing the standards expected from the employees. It is always ideal that if a policy is released, all the employees must read the released policy. At the same time, companies also want to ensure that employees have read and understood the policy.

We are now introducing Enforce this policy option in the Company Policies & Forms page. Enforce this policy option helps the companies to ensure that employees have read and acknowledged the policies.

Here are the benefits of using our Enforcing this policy feature:

  • With the new feature, you can choose to enforce a policy to be read and acknowledged by your employees.
  • Enforcing a policy ensures that the employees are well aware of the workplace rules mentioned in the policy.
  • Employees cannot access the ESS portal without acknowledging the policy. This ensures that the employees will mandatorily acknowledge the policies.
  • The acknowledged policy becomes the key source of proof in case there is a dispute or disciplinary issue.
  • After the acknowledgement, policies are automatically updated in the Employee Documents.
